The product must be unused and in its original packaging and with all labels intact.

Items are not considered non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized products, hygiene products, and perishable products.

    Once we receive and review your returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may take additional processing time.
  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable postal method to ensure safe delivery of returned merchandise.
